• All sales are FINAL. NO refunds or exchanges. 

• Once an order is placed there may be NO additional changes made.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping 5-7 business days, this does not include processing times.Weekends are NOT included. 

• Most orders will ship Monday---Friday excluding major holidays. 

• Tracking numbers are sent to the email you provided during checkout once your order has been shipped.

• "On Hand" bundles/wigs are available for same/next day pickup or shipping. (Contact us for availability)

• We are not responsbile for any delays due to shipping companies. 

• Weare not responsbile for any lost, stolen packages. Once item is shipped and tracking number is sent to customers email, it is the customers full responsbility to track and to be updated on the location.
